Refund, Cancellation & Upgrade Policy
Jaipur Dialogues Annual Summit 2025

By purchasing a ticket to the Jaipur Dialogues Annual Summit 2025 (“Event”), the ticket holder (“You” or “Attendee”) agrees to the following terms and conditions:

1. Refund Policy
- All ticket sales are final. Once purchased, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
- This applies to all ticket categories and includes situations such as:
- Change in personal schedule
- Travel issues or delays
- Illness or medical emergencies
- Force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, political unrest)
- In the unlikely event that the summit is cancelled by the organizers, a refund or credit note may be issued at the sole discretion of the organizing body.
2. Ticket Transfer & Identity Verification
- Tickets are strictly non-transferable. Entry will be allowed only to the original ticket holder whose name is registered at the time of purchase.
- Government-issued photo ID proof (such as Aadhaar, PAN card, Voter ID, or Passport) must be presented at the registration desk to gain entry.
- Misrepresentation or impersonation will lead to denial of entry without refund.
3. Upgrade Policy
- Attendees may upgrade their ticket category at the venue, subject to:
- Availability of seats in the higher category
- Full payment of the difference in category fee at the registration desk
- Approval by the registration or event coordination team
- Upgrade requests will be handled on a first-come, first-served basis. No reservations will be entertained in advance.
4. Downgrade Policy
- Downgrade of ticket category is strictly not permitted.
- No refunds, reimbursements, or credit notes will be issued for choosing not to avail certain category benefits.
5. Event Modifications or Rescheduling
- The organizing team reserves the right to make changes to the schedule, venue, speakers, or format of the event if necessary due to unavoidable circumstances.
- In such cases, no refunds shall be issued, though every effort will be made to communicate changes well in advance.
6. Code of Conduct
- Attendees must conduct themselves in a respectful and dignified manner.
- The organizers reserve the right to deny entry or evict any individual displaying disorderly behavior, without a refund.
7. Photography & Media Release
- By attending the event, you consent to being photographed and/or filmed.
- The footage may be used by Jaipur Dialogues for marketing, archival, or promotional purposes without any compensation.
8. Dispute Resolution & Legal Jurisdiction
- Any disputes arising out of ticketing, access, or participation will be subject to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
- The courts of Jaipur, Rajasthan shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any legal matters.
