Amit Shah Targets AAP Calls It ‘Avaidh Aamdaniwali Party’

Union Home Minister Amit Shah on Sunday hit out at the AAP and described it as ‘Avaidh Aamdaniwali Party.’ He alleged that in the last 10 years, Kejriwal led-AAP did nothing except indulging in corruption and misleading people for votes. Addressing a public meeting in Narela, Delhi, he accused the AAP of making fake promises and sheltering illegal Bangladeshi immigrants. In his address Amit shah, urged the public to oust the AAP from power in order to end its ‘misrule.’ He said that if BJP gets mandate in Delhi elections, it will fulfill all its poll promises.

Delhi’s Civic Problems Under AAP..

Continuing further Amit Shah pointed out how the governance in Delhi has worsened in the last 10 years. While the states under BJP government have progressed.

He said, “Under Kejriwal’s rule, Delhi has gone from bad to worse in the last ten years. States with double-engine governments led by Modi Ji have made remarkable progress, but Delhi, after ten years, is still struggling with dirty water, waterlogging, uncollected garbage, deteriorating parks and gardens, crumbling schools, and hospitals with no proper facilities…I have come to ask the people of Narela: Is your garbage collected on time?..”

He also attacked Kejriwal for indulging in liquor scam and for the alleged renovation scam of his official bungalow. “Do any of you have designer marble worth Rs 6 crore in your house, or motorised curtains worth Rs 4-6 crore, or doors worth Rs 70 lakh which opens when you clap? “Do you have a house carpet worth Rs 50 lakh, a water system installed for Rs 15 crore, recliner sofa worth Rs 10 lakh? All these things were there in ‘Sheesh Mahal’,” news 18 reported him saying.

Amit shah, further slammed the AAP for insulting the Purvanchalis living in Delhi with their remarks. “He called Purvanchalis fake voters. I want to ask Kejriwal if people who came from Bihar, Uttar Pradesh and Uttarakhand do not have the right to vote in Delhi,” he said. The Union minister further highlighted that the country has “blessed” PM Modi with a third consecutive term because PM Modi goes what he says. “Bless him once in Delhi too. Delhi will become the number one capital in the world…The time has come for them (AAP) to go,” he said.
