Texas Declares “Pakistan Day”!
In a move that sent shockwaves through conservative circles, the Texas House of Representatives officially recognized 23rd March as “Pakistan Day.” This resolution was introduced by Pakistani-born State Representative Dr. Suleman Lalani. He wants to celebrate the contributions of Pakistanis in Texas! Somehow, the beggar nation is making big waves in the state of Texas!
23rd March is the day that marks the birth of the “Idea of Pakistan” while it was still a part of Bharat!
The Lahore Resolution was passed on 23 March 1940. Additionally, it marks the adoption of the first constitution of Pakistan. For Texas, a state with deeply patriotic American roots, recognizing another nation’s “Idea of Birth” is basically celebrating the “Partition of India”! And marking another nation’s National Holiday is deeply disturbing. Many accuse the Texan lawmakers of prioritizing foreign allegiances over American values. Critics argue that Texas politicians are opening the door to ideological infiltration. Thereby, leading to a slow erosion of American cultural and legal principles in favor of foreign influences.
The American backlash was swift on social media, echoing the frustration of many Texans.
Most Texans label the move as “the most un-American thing Texas has ever done.” The outrage is not just about symbolism – it’s about the precedent it sets. If one foreign nation’s holiday can be officially recognized, what’s stopping others? And more importantly, does this signify a creeping Islamization of American institutions?
EPIC City: A Sharia Haven in the Heart of Texas?
Acceptance of Pakistan Day did not start the ringing of the alarm bells! With only 1 lakh Pakistanis, Texas’ soul is being sold on the house floor! The sale of Texas’ Soul began with EPIC City – a massive 400-acre real estate project in North Texas. EPIC means – East Plano Islamic Center (EPIC). The plan? To create a self-governed, exclusive Muslim enclave. This EPIC City is expected to feature over 1000 homes, an Islamic school, mosques, businesses, and even a retirement home for elderly Muslims.
Critics are calling it a “Sharia City,” arguing that it represents the formation of a parallel society within the USA.
Texas Governor Greg Abbott has taken a strong stance against the project. He states that Sharia is not allowed in Texas. Nor are Sharia cities or ‘no-go zones’ which this project seems to imply. The Texas Attorney General, Ken Paxton, has launched an investigation into whether the project violates the state’s Fair Housing Act by promoting segregation under religious lines.
The biggest concern behind EPIC CIty is whether this was an isolated case or a blueprint for more such communities across America.
Are we witnessing the first steps of an organized movement to establish pockets of Islamist governance, insulated from American laws and norms? If so, how long before these enclaves demand recognition of their legal systems under the guise of “religious freedom”?
Battle for Texas = War For America’s Soul
The controversy surrounding EPIC City has prompted investigations into the legality of the project. Texas authorities are looking into whether developers misled investors. Additionally, they are checking whether the project promotes religious exclusivity – something that could be in direct violation of US Anti-Discrimination Laws.
Many Americans see this as a consequence of a broader pattern of unchecked immigration and cultural erosion.
The Biden administration’s lax immigration policies led to the Islamic invasion of the USA. Thus, the floodgates for individuals from Islamist strongholds to settle in America were left unguarded and unchecked. Thereby, allowing hardliners and fanatics to bring with them the same restrictive ideologies that they supposedly fled from.
For conservatives, the EPIC City project symbolizes a larger battle – the fight to preserve American values against creeping Islamization.

The American Dream has always been about assimilation. The idea that legal immigrants come to the USA to embrace its freedoms. However, it is not about recreating the conditions similar to those they left behind. But what happens when large segments of immigrant Islamists refuse to integrate? What happens when they form self-sustaining enclaves with their schools, laws, and governance?
The answer is playing out in real-time in Europe, where entire neighborhoods in the UK, Sweden, and France are effectively no-go zones for law enforcement and non-Muslims.
If Texas is allowing this trend to take root, what does that mean for the rest of America? How long before other states follow suit, granting recognition to Islamic holidays? Will there be a Syria Day or Gaza Day? And will Islamists be allowed to fund religiously exclusive projects and bend laws in the name of “diversity and inclusion”?

Like the in-progress Sunni colonization of the EU, the American Dream under threat as well. If the nation’s leaders do not take a stand now, the country could wake up one day to find that it has been colonized. However, the occupation will not be by foreign armies, but by ideological movements using Democracy itself as a Trojan horse.
