A controversial “peaceful” display by APCR is making rounds on social media via video! The posters clearly show the name of APCR and its work. Association for Protection of Civil Rights or APCR is a Sub-organization of Jamaat-e-Islami Hind. They were institued in 2016 to offer legal aid and protection to the so-called-oppressed “peacefuls” of Bharat.
Their controversial display claims to highlight the plight Muslims in India – a classic “peaceful’ Victim Card in play!
Moreover, its exhibits are anit-national in nature and raise grave concerns regarding communal harmony.
The walls of this “display” targets prominent Indian leaders, media personalities, and social media influencers. The “peaceful” propaganda is a blatant glorification of convicted terrorists which further fuels the nationalist backlash. Let’s talk!
“Peaceful” Display or Incitement Tool By APCR
Jammat-e-Islami Hind is banned in India since 1992. However, they have many sub-organizations under the label of NGOs working in Bharat. This particular subgroup, APCR, pretends to be advocating for minority rights or justice. However, the visuals in the diplay tell the true story of its divisive and hate-filled incendiary agenda!
The “display” shows staggering numbers of incarcerated Muslims while profiling incidents of alleged systemic injustice. Many radicals decorate the display walls of this “peaceful” display. Additionally, its posters cry over demolitions of illegal Islamist properties. Yes, the very ones that had encroached upon government land, are a subject of pain! The classic victim card was issued to Muslim victims in any case, even those where they started the violence.
Consequently, APCR is building narratives framing state actions as oppressive to Muslims.
However, the inclusion of convicted terrorists among those labeled as victims shows the reality of this “peaceful” display.
Photographs of Indian leaders, like PM Modi, HM Amit Shah, and other political leaders are accompanied by inflammatory captions. They are showcased as people responsible for the vilification of “peacefuls” in Bharat. Media icons such as Sudhir Chaudhary and Arnab Goswami are listed as Hate Speech Anchors! Even social media platforms like Jaipur Dialogues were targeted in their list of “peaceful” hate.
Nationalist and social media influencers with significant reach are named in what resembles a “peaceful hit list” more than an exhibit for advocacy.
The aim is to paint a picture of injustice while issuing a list of potential targets in the minds of those who visit this hate-filled display. Critics argue that this approach jeopardizes these individuals’ safety and incites radical elements to act against them. The fake anti-CAA and anti-NRC protests also feature here. And the walls of the “display” show friendly forces that can be approached for “help” as required!
A “Peaceful” Conspiracy To Smear India?
APCR’s display does not stop at domestic audiences. It hopes to actively influence global opinion by hosting foreign delegations, journalists, and students from Islamic nations. Reportedly, visitors would be presented with the “Dara Hua Musalmaan” narrative. Thereby, painting a picture that Muslims in India face increasing atrocities since the Modi government took office in 2014.
The curation paints a one-sided story, ignoring the context of state actions aimed at addressing extremism, violence, or other threats to public safety.
The display highlights the “bulldozer” action as unfair even on illegal occupation of land. Police actions are fabricated as encounters of innocent Muslims. And violent mobs are shown as mere “protests”. Thereby, selectively portraying Muslims as victims while ignoring the evidence of crimes committed by these radicalized groups. Consequently, this manipulation feeds into an international propaganda effort to defame the Modi government and its policies.
APCR’s Expanding Ecosystem of Advocacy
How many Hindu lawyers are there for Hindu cause? You can probably count them on fingers.
Look how many do they have and how many they are readying.

APCR seems to have systematically built an extensive network. The display boasts over 500 lawyers, 250 activists, and 800 law students connected with their cause. The organization nurtures these resources through all means possible. And their job is to help “peacefuls” from facing consequnces of their crimes! Ex: Reports state that an APCR Lawyer helped Kanhaiya Lal’s killer get bail. Currently, APCR successfully helps many “peacefuls” in avoiding the clutches of law! From bails, to reduced jail times, to stalling state actions, they have successfully manipulated the loopholes in Indian law! Â
On paper, this advocacy presents as network appears aimed at addressing grievances.
however, Its reality maybe something more sinister!
Their lawyers attempt to create a narrative of state-bias against Muslism. And they help STSJ mobs get out of jail. Moreover, they work pro-bono on “peaceful” cases and all actions are funded by the Jamaat-e-Islami’s NGO APCR! Is their work illegal? No, however, their intent and agenda are dubious and dangerous!
A Muslim organisation has literally made a museum showcasing

Moreover, their content reveals a troubling narrative shift, glorifying terrorists and anti-nationals involved in extremist activities and demonizing India’s leadership. This projected well-oiled ecosystem has blurred the line between advocacy and propaganda. By misrepresenting the truth and amplifying a victimhood narrative, APCR not just lies but risks further disturbing the harmony of the nation.
APCR And Its Display – A Threat to India’s Democracy?
Analysts and netizens demand a thorough investigation into this “peaceful” display. Additionally, they demand a review of APCR’s funding, messaging, and affiliations. They argue that a platform that mixes legitimate grievances with provocative propaganda crosses the line of lawful dissent.
This display acts as a recruitment and radicalization hub under the guise of justice.

APCR must clarify its intent to Bharat. Is this display truly about advocacy? Or is it a calculated ploy to polarize “peacefuls” and destabilize India’s social fabric? Its display paints a bullseye on political leaders and nationalists in the minds of the radicals that shall visit the hateful display! Hence, this initiative is like a dog-whistle to mobs that endanger leaders and prominent nationalists. Moreover, it encourages hate against social media personalities and channels. Why? Because they unmask the depth of depravity of the “peaceful” narratives!
This is how the system of radicals works.
Today, Rajasthan HC granted bail to one of the killers of Kanhaiya Lal.

India’s democracy allows for dissent and justice advocacy. However, it cannot condone platforms that glorify terror, incite violence, or sow seeds of discord. Thus, APCR’s display or display is a glaring example of how unchecked propaganda can weaponize narratives. Let’s hope the authorities intervene swiftly and decisively against the display as well as the organization.
