Hypocrite Malaika Arora Starts ‘Crack the Firecracker’ Campaign Early!

Must Read

Bollywood Item Girl Malaika Arora has sparked controversy with her recent Instagram post. She is urging Hindus to skip firecrackers during festivals. Her bright idea is to ask them to donate pet food to animal shelters instead. Her message, which came even before the conclusion of Navratri and Dussehra celebrations, has raised eyebrows for its selective timing and target.

While promoting herself using wise words like “make a difference, not noise,” Malaika Arora’s silence on animal rights during Eid-Al-Adha marks her as a hypocrite. Her lack of vision during non-Hindu festivals that harm animals stands out like a sore thumb. Thus, her criticism of Diwali firecrackers feels more like a fashionable anti-Hindu narrative rather than genuine activism. Let’s talk!

Malaika Arora – Animal Welfare for Hindu Festivals, Silence for Eid?

Malaika Arora, Bollywood’s long-time item song sensation, has once again found herself at the center of controversy. This time, it’s not about her fashion, fitness, or extramarital affair with a younger man. It is due to her sudden advocacy for animal rights – subtly calling for Hindus to abandon firecrackers during festivals. Through her Instagram, Malaika instructed her followers to “make a difference, not noise,” suggesting they donate pet food instead of purchasing firecrackers.

But here’s the catch: Malaika Arora’s animal love only seems to roar to life around Hindu festivals.

Where was Malaika Arora’s concern for animals during Eid-Al-Adah, when countless goats and cattle were slaughtered in the name of tradition? Nowhere – Pin Drop Silence! It’s only during Diwali, Dusshera, and Navratri does her ‘activism’ shine bright like a firecracker -pun intended.

Bollywood’s Convenient Activism Against Firecrackers

It seems Bollywood has adopted a new tactic this year. Blaming Hindus for environmental pollution during Diwali has lost steam, especially with the world wrapped up in two burning wars. The Ukraine-Russia and the Israel-Palestine conflict is ensuring that climate activists can’t blame Hindus and their cows for ozone layer depletion. Hence, celebrities like Malaika have switched to the “save the animals” angle. But where was her voice for those poor chickens and turkeys slaughtered during Christmas feasts? Oh, right, that’s not trendy activism in her Bollywood circles.

This sudden burst of Bollywood’s love for animals is laughably selective.

For Bollywood, Firecracker Activism is not about animal welfare. It’s about scoring easy points with the Bollywood elite while subtly shaming Hindus for celebrating their festivals. This messaging continued for decades unchallenged. Thankfully, the Hindu population has risen to this hypocritical display of Bollywood to ask – “Why Us?”

Dear Malaika Arora, Hindus Aren’t Impressed

Malaika Arora and her attempt to position herself as a crusader for animals doesn’t sit well with the very public she’s preaching to. Hindus see through the veil of hypocrisy. Her claim to fame might be her physique and connections, but certainly not her wisdom. If she truly cared for animals, her activism would extend beyond “Firecrackers.” The world would see Malaika Arora at the forefront of a protest at every festival that involves cruelty to animals.

But no, Malaika Arora only jumps the gun when it’s about Hindu celebrations and conveniently looks the other way during Eid or Christmas.

So Hindus state very politely – Dear Malaika, spare us the sanctimony. Hindus don’t need lessons from a celebrity who selectively parades her ‘activism’ to appease her Bollywood coterie. Try a little consistency, and maybe, just maybe, someone might listen. But until then, No Thanks to your anti-Hindu Instagram stories!
