CM Yogi took to the public stage to challenge the latest ‘Nafrat ka Farmaan’ from RaGa’s ‘Mohabbat ki Dukan’! The political landscape of Bharat witnessed yet another fiery exchange between two leaders! The trigger? Rahul Gandhi’s ‘hatefilled misinformation’ about the Pran Pratishtha ceremony at the Ram Mandir in Ayodhya. Let’s talk!
Rahul Gandhi’s Comments In Haryana Rally
“Ayodhya was lost by BJP because Amitabh , Adani , Ambani etc were invaded for the Ram Mandir inauguration ceremony. Naach-Gaana (Dance) was going on but no tribal, worker or farmer was invited” : Rahul Gandhi
This man is disgustingly disgusting at all levels

During a rally in Hisar, Haryana, on 30th September 2024, Congress Scion took the belief of thousands of Hindus under attack! Rahul Gandhi criticized the Ram Mandir consecration ceremony, accusing it of being a display of elitism. He claimed that the event was filled with high-profile figures like Amitabh Bachchan, Adani, and Ambani. However, he pointed out that it was glaringly devoid of the presence of farmers, laborers, or common people.
Rahul Gandhi’s sarcastic comment about Pran Pratishtha as “Naach-Gaana” sought to underscore his perceived disconnect between the ruling elite, BJP, and the masses.
Thus, according to RaGa, the Ayodhya Ram Mandir Pran Pratishtha was not a symbol of victory for 500-year struggle of Hindus. Instead, to him it symbolized a ‘dance party’ for the influential figures, while the common man is overlooked. Moreover, his ‘nafrat ka farmaan’ also included a pointed disinformation regarding the exclusion of the President of India from the event. Thereby, trying to sow the seeds of doubt regarding discrimination against SC/ST in the minds of the voters. RaGa implied that her tribal background prevented her from being the leader of the Pran Prathishtha ceremony!
Finally, he rubbed salt in the wounds of millions by stating that this “Naach Gaana” was responsible for the victory of Samajwadi Party’s MP Awadhesh Prasad from the Faizabad constituency!
CM Yogi Adityanath’s Response: Defending Tradition and Legacy
Rahul Gandhi : Ram mandir Pran pratishtha was naach gaana event
Yogi : मंदिर उद्घाटन इन्हें नाच गाना लग रहा था, ज़िंदगी भर तुम्हारा खानदान यही करता रहा।
Hope he is not referring it to any Congress leader 😜 pic.twitter.com/fRwMYQ3HvR

In response to Rahul Gandhi’s remarks, CM Yogi delivered a sharp rebuttal. He accused the Congress scion of disrespecting a sacred event and distorting its purpose. CM Yogi is known for his staunch defense of Hindu traditions. Thus, Yogi Ji did not mince words stating:
“When the temple was being consecrated in Ayodhya, you thought Naach Gaana was going on because your family did the same thing for all your lives.”
This statement is filled with biting sarcasm. It unabashedly points towards the Gandhi family’s elite lifestyle. Moreover, it suggests that the Congress party and its leaders are far removed from the spiritual and cultural significance of the Ayodhya Ram Mandir event. Hence, CM Yogi’s response not only defended the Ram Pran Pratishtha at Ayodhya but also positioned it as a matter of national pride and religious importance. Here, his words stand in stark contrast to Rahul Gandhi’s understanding and degradation of the event.
Context of The Past: A Tangential Jibe?
The controversy takes on another dimension when considering rumors regarding Sonia Gandhi. Rahul Gandhi’s mother and INC President, Ms. Hedvige Antonia Maino, has long been the subject of social media rumors regarding her early career in Italy. Some analysts even label her a former bar dancer!!
Add to this, immediately after the 26/11 Mumbai terror attack, Rahul Gandhi was reportedly partying at a farmhouse.

The claims regarding Sonia Gandhi are widely contested and remain unverified. However, RaGa’s farmhouse party with friends when the nation mourned the loss of lives due to Pakistan-sponsored terrorism is well a recorded history!
Hence, these two rhetorics are repeatedly used by critics to showcase the Gandhi family’s disconnect with Bharat and its people. Therefore, CM Yogi’s comment about “Naach Gaana” could be interpreted as an allusion to either RaGa’s farmhouse party or Sonia Gandhi’s rumors. Thankfully, his words stopped short of directly invoking these ugly faces of the CON party!
A Clash of Visions: Yogi vs. Gandhi?
Therefore, at the heart of this political spat lies a broader clash of visions. On one side, Rahul Gandhi’s critique framed the Ayodhya event as an exclusive dance event! Where he imagines that only high-profile people “partied,” sidelining the common man. Thus, he aims to reassure the farmers and laborers of Haryana that Congress is their true champion.
By rearranging half-truths on the President, Discrimination of SC/ST, and the absence of Common Man, Gandhi positioned himself as an advocate for the underprivileged.
On the other hand, Yogi Adityanath’s response emphasized the sacredness and cultural weight of the Ram Mandir in Ayodhya. Thereby, rejecting Gandhi’s portrayal of the event as a frivolous ‘dance party’. To Yogi and his supporters, the Ram Mandir is a symbol of Hindu resurgence and spiritual significance. Hence, to a devout Hindu the Pran Pratishtha ceremony was far removed from the political and elitist criticism RaGa presented.
Naach-Gaana or National Pride?
The clash between Yogi Adityanath and Rahul Gandhi reflects deeper ideological differences between their parties. For Yogi, the Pran Pratishtha of the Ram Mandir is a historic event. It ties to the cultural and religious ethos of Bharat. For Rahul Gandhi, it represents a ‘Naach Gaana’ that the elite participated in and the common man was kept out of!
As the Haryana elections come to a head, expect more exchanges like this as both leaders vie for the support of the Indian electorate. Each party shall convey its ideology by framing its narrative of what modern India should represent – a nation rooted in spiritual tradition or one that centers on cheapening Hindu traditions by invoking the name of the common man!
