Did Telangana Sarkar Attack Its Own Toolkit “Pawns”? 

A comedic twist of the political satire of Telangana CONgress is in play. The Congress-led government in the State has reportedly turned against its own cheerleaders! “Toolkit” members like Prakash Raj, Dia Mirza, and YouTuber Dhruv Rathee are being shown who is their master by Revanth Reddy Sarkar.

Influencers and Secular Activists often toe the Congress line in social media.

They are usually seen championing ‘secularism’ and critiquing the central government. However, they now find themselves in the crosshairs of their political patrons. The reason? Their vocal opposition to Telangana state’s aggressive deforestation in the Kancha Gachibowli area.​ And so the Revanth Reddy administration requests permission from SC to file cases against Congi loyalists!

Free Speech Backfires on Toolkit in Telangana!

For years, the “Toolkit” has served its CONgress masters well. They were protected and their reach amplified. Hence, it wouldn’t be incorrect to call them the darlings of the LeLi Brigade. Dhruv Rathhe and Prakash Raj are quick to spotlight any perceived misstep by the central government. And Diya Mirza is known to spread her duplicitous gyaan on festivals important to the Hindu community.

“Toolkit” social media platforms are the modern battlegrounds for anti-establishment rhetoric and anti-Hindu agenda. Therefore, they often align perfectly with their masters’ – the Congress party’s – narratives. However, the recent environmental debacle in Telangana has exposed the fragile foundation of this alliance.​

Kancha Gachibowli: The Green CON!

The Telangana government began action on its ambitious plan to transform 400 acres of lush greenery in Kancha Gachibowli into an IT park. The move was met with fierce resistance. Students from the University of Hyderabad, environmentalists, and local residents have protested the move. They decry the loss of biodiversity and green cover.

The government’s response – deployment of 100 JCBs to expedite the clearing process – led to widespread condemnation. ​

Amid escalating protests and media scrutiny, the Supreme Court intervened. They put an immediate halt on all deforestation activities. Additionally, they demanded an explanation from the Telangana CONgress government. The court’s reprimand highlighted the reckless nature of the state’s actions and underscored the lack of environmental assessments. ​

Toolkit Learns a Lesson in Loyalty – Biting the Hand That Feeds

The “toolkit” got caught between their projected image of environmental advocacy and their political affiliations. Hence, Prakash Raj, Dia Mirza, Dhruv Rathee, and others publicly criticized the Telangana government’s actions. This unexpected dissent did not sit well with the Congress Party.

In a move dripping with irony, the Congress-led government reportedly initiated legal proceedings against these activists and their political rivals like th BRS!

On what grounds? Well, they accuse many social influencers like the German cockroach for using AI images, videos, and sounds to present the Kancha Gachibowli green cover issue!!! Thus, these “Toolkit” bigwigs and others stand accused of spreading misinformation and inciting unrest using AI. This episode serves as a stark reminder of which party is actually restricting “Free Speech”! It also showcases the perils of aligning activism too closely with political ideologies.

The very individuals who once amplified the Congress’s ‘secular’ narrative now find themselves silenced by the same establishment.

It appears that in the grand chessboard of politics, pawns are dispensable, especially when they dare to challenge their own king’s moves.​

Will the “Toolkit” Echo Chamber Collapse?

The Telangana green cover fiasco may shatter the echo chamber of the so-called ‘secular’ activists. Their hilarious outrage on BJP and right-wing makes a mockery of their current situation. Despite having clear pro-Congress allegiances, they may face legal action at the hands of a CONgress government. The true face of their masters is laid bare, thereby, revealing a disconcerting hypocrisy at play.

As the Toolkit grapples with legal challenges from its master, one can’t help but wonder at the following questions:

• Will the CON party really con its own influencers?
• Did their follower base force these “influencer/activists” to play their assigned role even against their masters?
• And will the “Toolkit” recognize the hypocrisy of the party they usually praise in videos?​
• And will the CON-party Toolkit ecosystem collapse soon?
