Sadhvi Ritambharais a prominent Hindu spiritual leader and social worker. She was recently awarded the Padma Bhushan, India’s third-highest civilian honor, for her remarkable contributions to social welfare.
However, Sadhvi Ritambhara’s recognition has sparked a predictable outrage from the LeLi ecosystem. They continue to vilify her for her role in the Ram Janmabhoomi movement despite her acquittal of all charges. Let’s dive into the truth behind the accolades, the controversies, and why the LeLi are so furious!!!
Sadhavi Ritambhara and The Ram Janmabhoomi Movement
This iconic speech of Sadhvi Ritambhara has gone viral on social media after she is conferred with Padma Bhushan award by Central Govt – goosebumps every time you hear it.. 🔥🔥 pic.twitter.com/YyjuLCJNk8

Sadhvi Rithambara emerged as a vocal and fearless leader during the Ram Janmabhoomi movement. The movement aimed to reclaim the sacred birthplace of Bhagwan Ram in Ayodhya. As a speaker for the VHP, cassettes of her fiery speeches were played from loudspeakers to unite Hindus for the cause. He voice became the calrion call for Hindu unity resonated deeply with millions of Sanatanis.
While she was among those charged for allegedly inciting violence, she was acquitted of all accusations.

Her contribution to the Hindu cause was applauded by other stalwarts of the movement, including Shri L.K. Advani and Shri Kalyan Singh. For Sanatanis, Sadhvi Ritambhara’s speeches were never about hate but about reclaiming a stolen legacy. Her call for Hindus to unite was a reminder of their centuries-old struggle for justice, faith, and identity. Yet, for the LeLi brigade, any assertion of Hindu pride and unity is conveniently labeled as “hate speech.”
Service Through VHP and Vatsalya Gram
One of the most deserving Padma honours this year is that of Sadhvi Ritambhara Devi Ji!

What the critics deliberately ignore is Sadhvi Ritambhara’s extraordinary contribution to society. She founded VHP’s women’s division called Durga Vahini. Through this she ensured that Sanatani women were part of the Hindu renaissance with Service, Security and Sankaras!
More significantly, she founded Vatsalya Gram, an organization dedicated to uplifting abandoned children, destitute women, and marginalized communities.
While everyone is caught up in background noise of Awards to some actor, they forgot your masterstroke – @narendramodi Ji. As usual you calmly did your job and honoured people who made a real difference. 🙏

Through Vatsalya Gram, Sadhvi Ritambhara has created a unique model of care where abandoned children are raised in a family-like environment with women who serve as their “mothers” and “aunts.” Guided by Didi Ma, Sadhvi Ritambhara, the organization provides education, healthcare, and vocational training to empower these individuals to lead dignified lives.
🚨Meet Sadhvi Ritambhara, Founder of Durga Vahini, women wing of Vishva Hindu Parishad – Conferred Padma Bhusan for Social Work.
Known popularly as Didi Maa, she is one of the key figures in Ram Janmabhoomi Movement.

Thus, Sadhvi Ritambhara’s tireless dedication to social welfare, especially for women and children, was a key reason behind her receiving the Padma Bhushan. This recognition honors her decades of work to uplift the underprivileged, not her involvement in any political movement.
LeLi Outrage: Hindu Pride is Their Real Problem
Yes @vijaita, YES! Eat your heart out! The meltdown is SO lovely to see. BTW, there is so much more to Sadhvi Ritambhara than your petty tweet, but आपकी औकात नहीं है समझनेकी, आप ऐसेही रोते-बिलगते रहो.

The LeLi ecosystem’s meltdown over Sadhvi Rithambara’s Padma Bhushan is unsurprising. They cheered the Padma Bhushan given to Mulayam Sigh, the leader whose orders masacrred the Kar Sevaks. However, as a VHP member and a prominent face of Ram Jamnabhoomi Movement, Sadhvi Ritambhara to them is the face of their nemesis. For them, any assertion of Hindu identity or pride is tantamount to hate.
Rajdeep Sardesai’s outrage over Sadhvi Ritambhara Ji’s Padma Shri is pure hypocrisy. He conveniently forgets how he bagged his own Padma Shri from the Sonia Gandhi regime—as a reward for allegedly burying the explosive #Cash4Votes sting that saved the Manmohan Singh government.… https://t.co/W5PyWTiNmS pic.twitter.com/724TJMVvDZ

The LeLi Gang conveniently ignore her acquittal in the Ram Janmabhoomi cases and reduce her to a one-dimensional figure of controversy.

To the LeLi ecosystem, slogans like “Hindu unity” are toxic. Morever, anyone who fights to reclaim sacred Sanatani heritage is deemed a threat to their narrative and agenda. Contrarily, anyone seeking to demean Hinduism while glorifying minority appeasement is the voice of sanity!! The same brigade that celebrates awards to individuals with questionable pasts suddenly becomes self-righteous when someone like Sadhvi Rithambara, who has been cleared of all charges, is honored.
Sadhvi Rithambara, hate monger, founder of Durga Vahini, rakhee bandhak of top leaders, parti in #BabriMasjid destruction awarded Padma Bhushan. Capture of Indian republic near complete. Is Oppn watching? @rajuparulekar @INCIndia @cpimspeak pic.twitter.com/O9bh6iVcwB

Just Rewards For a Life In Service

For millions of Hindus, Sadhvi Ritambhara is more than the caricature the LeLi portray her as. She is a spiritual guide, a social reformer, and a relentless advocate for Sanatani heritage. Her Padma Bhushan is a recognition of her selfless service to society and her commitment to uplifting the marginalized.
The outrage against her award exposes the hypocrisy of those who cannot stand the idea of a united Hindu voice.
For Sanatanis, however, this honor is a moment of pride and a reaffirmation of their rich cultural and spiritual legacy. Sadhvi Rithambara’s life is a testament to resilience, service, and the enduring fight for dharma – a fight that continues to inspire millions across the nation.
